In a survey of 1,000 Irish women aged 35 to 70, 94% reported feeling overwhelmed, confused, and unsure about which skin treatments to choose.
And that’s not all: 85% of women felt the beauty industry focuses too much on anti-ageing and not enough on feeling confident in one’s own skin.

The stats aren’t great, but they have encouraged a leading Irish clinic to launch a new initiative to make the skin journey more consumer-friendly by breaking down information on skin treatments into more personalised journeys with structured plans and goals.
Eavanna Breen, founder of the Eavanna Breen Beauty & Laser Clinic, has created the Ageless Ageing Method to help clients navigate the world of add-on skin treatments. She says, ‘For too long, skincare has been about chasing youth. We’re reframing the goal to confidence, education and ageing on your own terms. The Ageless Ageing Method replaces one-off treatments with a clear, personalised path that supports skin health now and into the future.’
Eavanna’s clinic conducted the survey, and she says that 91% of the women struggled to choose treatments due to the sheer number of options available. However, the survey also found that 95% of them would prefer a long‑term, natural skincare plan focused on skin health and confidence over quick‑fix injectables like Botox and fillers or surgical options.
The Ageless Ageing Method simplifies the process of choosing skin treatments best suited to your skin type, age, and concerns. It includes an expert-led approach that prioritises a long‑term, natural skincare plan focused on skin health and confidence, rather than quick‑fix injectables or surgical options. The plan is personalised based on the client’s needs and time frame.
Treatments that may be recommended for skin ageing and correction include IPL, microneedling, radiance chemical peels, radiofrequency, exosomes, Profhilo, bespoke facials, and more. For maintenance, the clinic offers coaching and regular check-ins to monitor the client’s progress and outcomes.
Eavanna says, ‘With this launch, we’re making client lifestyle and skin education a much higher priority. Skin doesn’t exist in a vacuum. We advise on the often-overlooked pillars that impact your skin: stress, diet, hormones, sleep, and daily habits. You’ll understand why your skin behaves the way it does, and how to support it beyond the clinic. Our clients are going to learn how their skin behaves.’
To start, the clinic is launching new tailored programmes to address skin concerns such as dullness, rosacea, slack skin, pigmentation, and collagen building. For more information on the Ageless Ageing Method, get in touch with the team at the clinic
